INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of Ayiti Cheri Jasmine Rice
1 1/2 cup of water
1/2 teaspoon of salt
DIRECTIONS:
- In a medium saucepan with a tight-fitting lid, combine 1 cup of Ayiti Cherie Jasmine Rice , 1 1/2 cups of water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- Bring the rice to boil, uncovered.
- When the water has come to a boil, stir once and reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for 20 minutes (do not lift the lid or stir)
- Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork, serve and ENJOY!
